My name is Marcello Cortese, a writer and editor based in New York City.

I work primarily in editorial, copy, and campaign capacities for various presses, magazines and brands internationally. Genres include nonfiction/fiction, poetry, articles on culture/fashion/art, criticism and the occasional interview.

Having been trained at The New School for Creative Writing, my approach to writing and editing is a dynamic and passionate one. I go between each project seamlessly and with defined interest, ensuring any and all visions are realized for both writer and client.
